Heres a pic of the new revolution Ill get more today with it running

I think this one is a winner  models start under 17K

The mechanism is simple but durable

The key working parts are off the shelf, cheap and easy for the layman to work on

Note from Dusty: We have applied for international Patent protection on the ALL new RugRevolution and are prepared to defend this vigorously

Here is a a video done by Tre Allen of Truck Mount Forums

It sounds like they can make any size you might want

It’s a fresh water port to flush the rug in the centrifuge with water

When Dusty was here in Hawaii a couple months ago we go to talking.  From what I was told, it will come in 8 1/2 feet.  Anything bigger would need the Big Rug Revolution.  If they figured out a new design to be able to make one 9 1/2 - 10 feet, that would be a winner for me (possibly only a little price difference from the new one).  We have a lot of 9x12's.  8 1/2' is just too small for the rugs we handle.  The Big Rug Revolution is pretty sweet but we rarely have any rugs that big to use a wringer for, also comes with a hefty price tag.

Cool looking portable wringer.  Congrat's Dusty and Clark on the new wringer.

Hey Nate.. these units run from 8' wide with a 14' cylinder  to 16' and a 20" cylinder.

the little connection is our "Patent applied for" rinse injection system,,, and it really works.

I am expecting that you will be able to lessen up a whole lot on you wash floor rinsing and just let the injection system take care of the rinse for you. We expect that this will make the whole wash process a whole lot faster and at the same time you should be able to lessen your water bill a whole lot!

the other innovation is the vibration suspension system.  As many of you know i have done a LOT of travel over the last few years and have seen a good number of rug spinners.  Everyone that has these can't believe that they were washing rugs without one before,, even folks that already have compression wringers.

The advantages are many but the one glaring fault of every spinning wringer is the vibrations that go into the floor. It can be very severe and can you imagine if you are in a shared building. Your neighbour is going to freak out and cause a lot of probs. for you.

With our suspension system there is NO vibs into the floor and on top of that you don't have to blolt the unit down to keep it from moving.

other advantages are that the smaller units all run on 115 volts!.... you just need to plug into 2 circuits and you are ready to roll!

I will have more details and prices up real quick.,,, we are taking orders now,, just call me for more info.

Very cool!! Congrats on a sweet machine - you will sell a ton of them. I just spoke with a couple guys who looked at one of those "blue" horizontal centrifuges; they said it literally hopped all over the place. Every time it was used, a hand-truck was needed to position it back in place! As Randy would say, WTF?!

This unit is very stable there's a little wobble at start up they even have a model with wheels.

It's got some proprietary things I’m not sure are OK to talk about at this point  As I said before the key parts can be purchased at a auto parts store
cheap and you can take it apart and rebuild it in your shop if need be in a very short period of time.

Nate.. We will have one running in Howards shop in a few days... he needs lots of help with flooded rugs right now with the Houston storm.

oh yeah..the RugRev el will NOT move,,, unless i put a rug in backwards,, then it gets exciting,, Randy can tell us about that..LOL..

1. put the rug in rolled the right way
2. turn on to about 20% speed
3. Crank up to 1350 RPM after about 10 seconds.
4. Run till all the water, soap and muck finish draining out
5. Slow down to 20%
6. Turn on rinse injector for 20 seconds
7. Watch the color of the water coming out and repeat steps 5-7 till the water comes out clear.
8. Remove extracted rug and hang to dry..

More to come,, gotta get to the show now!

Now that's what I like to hear Dusty.  Glad to see you are able to make Bigger than the originally dicussed 8 1/2'.

The 900 RPM in the size chart reffers to what, if the machine can go to 1350 RPM?

I can't want to see some video on this Bad Boy.

The bigger machine has a much bigger cylinder and does not have to turn as fast to make more force.. hence the slower RPM.

OOps..

forgot that we also have a  16' machine.

Prices are ranging from 14K to 60K. Price depends on bells and whistles as well.  We will be putting a full special web page together just for the new RugRevs in short order as soon as Andre can get that done.

In the meantime anyone that is interested can email or phone me.

We are taking orders right now with a deposit and can fill them mostly within 30 days if you are in a BIG rush!

LOL.. yeah,, we can put bells and whistles on it if you want!

depends on if they want it in the low down roadster model or the stand up tall model,, also power things like speed control, jog, infinite speed adjustment and a brake will all be options.  The best option will be the programable extract,
rinse, extract, rinse, extract, rinse (you get it I hope) controller.

Dusty,

How wide are these machines?

What kind of finish is on them?  Will it be easy to touch up and prevent rust?

What is the inner drum made of?

width of feet on the stand up models is 4' and the cylinder is 100% rust free stainless steel guaranteed to never rust! The rest of the machine is 10 guage carbon steel and is coated in rust resistant paint for easy touch up. I would recommend that you do a touch up on the paint whenever you see a scratch.

Our other model is our low down roadster model and not as wide. width on these is about 30"

Wow, That machine was great to look at, you guys are marvalus.  The machine is Beautamus!!!

Only problem I see is it must have shrunk when painting it. Clark you sure you can't figure a way to stretch it to 9.5 or even 9.25  on the rug width???

Heck, I have seen them take an Alaskan Ferry boat cut it in half and add 50 feet to help make it more stable running across the gulf of Alaska's Shelikof Straits and it's still running 45 years later. MV Tustamena

One of the smaller units will be PERFECT in your little 500 sq. ft.  garage, and they run on single phase power so it will plug right into your wall plug.. but i don't know if your rug repair dept will approve.

here is a pic of our low down "SPEEDSTER" model.

You can order your ALL new RugRev this way and even save a bit of cash over the stand up model!

oh yeah,, this is the PERFECT model for a back yard setup like yours Johnny because when you are
finished with it you can just roll it out of the way and of coarse just plug into your regular 115 volt
power plugs!

Maybe we could even put a trailer hitch on it and you could tow it up and down the I-5....LOL.

I already have the hitch on Patches, My GoldWing Motorcycle. He is already green with envy!!!!

It took just under 2 hours to down load your video of the Revolution in action in Vegas, Well worth the wait,
You need to use Aarons yellow boots for video asteticis. Clark needs to either wear a RB hat or put
on some dulling cream. very impressive..

I was thinking maybe some purple boots like Ruth!

Or maybe a pair of Maple Leaf boots!

btw Johnny,, you can tow the 'Speedster"  behind your Motorcycle! I will have Clark set it up for your "Goldthing" and you can drive down to Alabamie to pick it up!

When do you want to come and get it?

Now I really like the Daytona 500 Speedster for loading a wet large rug, but curious on the vibrations of it.  I figured the low center of gravity on the speedster would not shake so much but I don't really know for sure.  I like the Hi-Boy for being able to get the rugs out waist level instead of on the knees.

possibly 10.5' Daytona model with the rinse and infinite speed adjustment.

What's the basic model?  I would think it would come standard with a brake for emergencies.  What is jog?

LOL on the name,, I like it!

Daytona 500 Speedster.. well it lives up to its name.

Vibes just do not exist,, this is a very smooth machine and the tires soak up ALL the vibrations.  On top of that you can roll it out of the way when you are finished with it!
The HighBoy model has no probs with vibes either, the truck airbag suspension does the trick. In-Fact the Low speedster is a bit cheeper.

Oh yes, there is a brake, but not for emergency, just so you dont have to stand around for a couple of mins to wait for it to finish spinning.

I can't quote you prices on here Nathan, so just give me a call on toll free line.

jog is a function that will tweak it ahead or backwards and will only work while the button is pressed. It is not needed for the RugRev but we can put one on for you to make you smile.

Not to take it away from Nathan, But Daytona 500 speedster is what your son was calling himself at the Florida Connections in May at the JonDon Pool party as he sped around every where. Yes the name does fit....

He told me " I'm a Daytona 500 Speedster and I am Fast"  and he is!!!

Johnny.. you must mean Mr. T.M.

did you notice that he has stolen my USP,,,,unique selling proposition as well...."Helping you to get more out of rugs" and has even claimed that he has TM'd it,, funny thing is that i think the TM he put on it just means that
TM has stolen it..these are his initials after all.

Thanks for forgiving me my friend,, i should have listened to Ed York when he warned me about mr. TM

Will the real rug Bastard please stand up!,,, that would mean you TM,, I know you are lurking here everyday.

Here is a pic of Mr. B's RugRev.

This one is a tank, and 100% made in Alabama.  This machine is 13' long, however with the new EL series of both the hi-boy Hipster and low-boy speedster we are only building this design now in the 16' length and longer.
